Our Hours
We're open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday. If you're locked out outside those hours, we can't dispatch a technician until we're open, but there are still things you can do in the meantime.
If It's a Safety Issue
If anyone is in danger, a child or pet is locked in a hot or cold car, or you don't feel safe where you are, call 911. Fire and police can often get you back inside faster than any locksmith when safety is on the line.
Stay Safe While You Wait
If you're outside a home or business, wait somewhere well-lit and let a neighbor or someone nearby know your situation if possible. If it's a car lockout, stay near the vehicle in a visible, safe spot.
What to Have Ready for the Morning
Your exact address or cross streets, and ID if it's a residential or business lockout, this speeds up verification once we can get to you. Call first thing when we open and we'll get you back in quickly.
