What Glendale Campuses Deal With

Glendale Community College runs almost entirely on commuter traffic, so the locksmith needs look different than a residential campus: classroom and lecture hall doors that see heavy daily use, faculty and administrative offices that need controlled access, and computer labs or specialty classrooms that require an extra layer of security. Because GCC doesn't have dormitories, most of the housing-related work we do connects to nearby apartments and rentals near downtown and the Americana where students actually live.

A Common Call: Rekeying a Classroom Building Over Winter Break

GCC's facilities team needed a classroom wing rekeyed after a master key went unaccounted for at the end of the fall term. We completed the full rekey during winter break so the building was secure and ready before spring classes started, with no disruption during the semester.
